Moberly Police Standoff Ends With Man Being Put in Patrol Car

A standoff at a house in Moberly last (Thursday) is now over.

It happened close to 10:30 at the corner of Barrow and Walnut.

Police were seen carrying a man out of the house and putting him a patrol car.

Moberly police say they responded to the house after a neighbor said two juveniles were locked out and reported an assault.

A search warrant was served and police entered the home.

An investigation is continuing and the suspects identity is not being released at this time.
