Hannibal City Manager To Resign In March

The Hannibal City manager will be leaving in March,2019.

Jeff LaGarce made the announcement last week that he will be resigning as Hannibal city manager on March 15th after 12 years so he and his wife can move to St. Louis to be closer to family.

LaGarce is only the third manager in Hannibal’s history.

A search for a new city manager is expected to start soon.
