United States Postal Services Approves Price Increase For 2019

Prices will be going up at the United States Postal Service starting in January.

The Postal Regulatory Commission has approved a 3.9 percent increase for priority express mail and a 5.9 percent hike for priority mail, plus a five cent increase for the forever stamp.

According to the governors of the postal service the spike in prices will help keep the United States Postal Service competitive and will give a needed revenue boost for the company.

The prices go into effect on January 27th, 2019.
