Train Hits Grain Truck In Mexico

No injuries reported following an incident in Mexico yesterday morning where a train hit a grain truck.

According to Mexico Public Safety it happened in the 2000 block of West Boulevard when a 1992 Chevrolet grain truck driven by 75 year old Gary P. Riedel of Centralia tried to go around another truck that was stopped at the crossing.

Riedle did not see the train, and his vehicle was before the train was able to stop.

The truck and one train car were damaged.
