Sales Manager Job Duties:

  • Keeps Sales levels at adequate levels by recruiting, hiring and TRAINIG new sales people.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Copywriter/Production Manager

Copywriter/Production Manager Job Duties:

  • Write local Commercials copy and produce, or assign them to be produced.
  • Maintains a daily kill sheet for commercials.
  • Establishes clean on-air production and a trackable system that is easily followed by on-air talent and traffic to find commercials and commercial copy.
  • Implements system for recording weekend syndicated programs.
  • Maintains system for tracking commercials that are about to end.
  • Backs up Traffic Department in scheduling commercial logs.
  • Works with clients in writng and rpoducing commercials.
  • Schedules production with said clients and appropraite on-air talent.

 

Account Executives for the Mid-Missouri market.

  • Ability to deal with business leaders throughout the market and help them to establish a media plan that will help them succeed in growing their business.
  • Ability to establish new business, developing current business relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. 
  • Ability to work with a degree of autonomy inside of a close-knit team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills (oral and in written).
  • Ability to create a rapport with people of all demographics.
  • A self-motivated individual with a keen sense of listening
  • Ability to multi-task and work with Microsoft Office products.
