A nineteen year old man is in the Boone County Jail being held on suspicion of murder for the deadly shooting on Pinhurst Lane yesterday (Tuesday).

Damontrion Doxley is facing charges of First Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action in the death of 27 year old Javonte D. Roy who was shot outside of a house on the 5500 block of Pinehurst Lane in the Lake of the Woods Area.

Doxley is scheduled to appear in a Boone County Court at 1:30pm.
