Missouri Man Accused of Killing 2 Wisconsin Brothers Wants Change of Venue and New Judge
The Missouri man accused of killing 2 brothers from Wisconsin is asking for a new judge and a change of venue for his trial.
An attorney for Garland Joseph Nelson, of Braymer, filed the motions yesterday.
Nelson faces 2 counts of first-degree murder and several other charges in the deaths of Nick and Justin Diemel.
The 2 brothers went to Nelson’s farm to collect a two hundred fifty thousand dollar debt and failed to show up for a flight home and did not answer their phones after going to Nelson’s farm according to court records.
Their remains were found in Missouri and Nebraska.
