The Mexico High School Wrestling Team went 1-1 in a home meet against Macon and Hannibal last (Wednesday) night.

Keith Ransom was 2-0 and improved to 22-0 on the season.

Dylan Mosely, Terrell Williams, Deacon Haag all went 2-0.

Cameron Beasley went 1-0 on the evening.

Ricardo Juarez, Jokiah Sewell, and Emile Scanavino went 1-1.

And Caleb Prater was 0-2.

The Mexico boys team will wrestle in Warrenton tonight (Thursday) at 5. The Mexico girls wrestling team will be at Fulton tonight at 5.

The North Callaway Lady Thunderbirds lost 53-49 last night (Wednesday) to New Bloomfield in the consolation bracket of the South Callaway Tournament.

North Cal’s Abriel Berger put 17 points and drained 3-three pointers.

The North Callaway girls will be back on the court on Monday against Fayette.

The St. Louis Blues defeated the Colorado Avalanche 4-1 in their season opener last night (Wednesday).

Oskar Sundqvist scored 2 goals for the Blues and Jordan Binnington made 26 saves.

The Blues play the Avalanche again tomorrow night (Friday).

The Missouri Tigers Men’s Basketball Team returned to practice yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon after its COVID-19 hiatus.

The Tigers are looking to avoid a 1-3 start in conference play when they play Texas A&M on the road on Saturday.
