The Mexico Boys and Girls Basketball Teams will start play in the Macon Tournament today (Monday).

The Mexico Lady Bulldogs come into the tourney as a 2 seed and will take on the 7th seeded Brookfield.

Tip off is at 2pm.

The Mexico Bulldogs Boys are the number 1 seed and face the 8th seed Brookfield Bulldogs.

Tip off is at 6pm.

The Community R6 Lady Trojans remained undefeated on the season after taking out Canton on the road on Saturday 46-36.

The Lady Trojans are 11-0 on the season and are ranked 4th in Class 1.

The Community R6 girls face Cairo tomorrow night in Laddonia.

The Mexico Boys and Girls Wrestling Teams were in action on Saturday.

The Mexico Boys wrestled at the Wright City Tournament.

Jokiah Sewell and Ricardo Juarez both brought home first place finishes.

Dylan Mosley and Terrell Williams had 2nd place finishes.

It was Keegan Koons finishing in 5th place.

Morgan Grubb and Caleb Prater finished in 6th.

And Cameron Beasley finished in 7th place.

Keith Ransom, went 3-1 with a bye.

Deacon Haag was 3-2 for the day.

Emile Scanavino went 1-4.

The Mexico girls competed at the Willard Tournament.

It was Katie Bowen in 2nd place in the 107 division.

Abby Drew took third in the 122 division.

The Kansas City Chiefs are headed back to the AFC title gam for a 3rd consecutive season after defeating the Cleveland Browns 22-17 yesterday (Sunday) at Arrowhead Stadium.

Patrick Mahomes was knocked out of the game u to a concussion in the third quarter.

Backup Chad Henne came into the game and did just enough to keep his team ahead completing 6 of his 8 passes for 66 yards.

The Chiefs will welcome in the Buffalo Bills on Sunday with the winner going on to represent the AFC in Super Bowl 55.

Mizzou Women’s Basketball returns home to Mizzou Arena tonight (Monday) when they host LSU.

Tonight’s game will serve as Mizzou’s We Back Pat game, honoring legendary Tennessee head coach Pat Summit.

Tipoff is scheduled for 6pm.
