The YMCA project in Vandalia is getting closer to breaking ground after being approved for a construction loan.
Felicity Goodpasture-Culwell President of the Vandalia Recreation Corporation says their group has secured a no interest loan through a RedLight Program.
The loan is for around eight hundred thousand dollars although the paperwork has not been finalized.
A ground breaking on the new YMCA in Vandalia is estimated to take place in November.
