The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Mark Twain Lake will host Kids’ Fishing Day on Saturday, June 6 form 8:00 am until 12:00 pm for youth between the ages of 5 and 12 in Celebration of Missouri Free Fishing Days on June 6th & 7th. Registration for the event will start on Tuesday, May 12, and will close on Friday, June 5 at 12:00 pm. Spots are limited to 30 participants. The Missouri Department of Conservation will provide fishing equipment for participants, but attendees may opt to bring their own fishing gear. The Mexico Animal Hospital will be hosting a small ruminant seminar on Saturday, May 16, from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm. Main topics are internal and external parasite control and nutrition for Sheep and Goat flocks. This is an entirely FREE seminar.
