Two Columbia men are in the Boone County Jail after an arrest last (Wednesday) night in the 2100 block of Sycamore Hills Road.
According to deputies they were attempting to locate a wanted subject at the residence when 44 year old Shawn Ingram took off into a wooded area.
Ingram was apprehended a short time later, and is facing charges of felony leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, distribution of a controlled substance, and felony resisting arrest.
The department says a second man at the house 52 year old Gerald Summers was arrested after a significant amount of meth was found on his person.
