The Fulton man charged with killing a pedestrian last year is scheduled to appear in a Boone County Court this (Friday) afternoon.
Ralph Ringer Jr. is charged with murder and leaving the scene of an accident in the death of 36 year Kiran Lamichhane outside of the ABC Labs in Columbia in July last year.
According to the probable cause statement Ringer Jr. submitted 2 blood alcohol tests which produced a .131 and a .75, and denied being in a crash.
The hearing is set for 2pm.
