A Huntsville man is being held in the Randolph County Jail on a five hundred thousand dollar bond after an arrest yesterday (Tuesday) for incest, sodomy and endangering the welfare of a child.
The Moberly Police Department reports arresting 38 year old Carl Sheets on a warrant containing 16 felony counts.
Other charges include domestic assault, neglect of a child and rape and attempted rape.
Sheets was unable to post bond and remains in the Randolph County Jail.
