Mexico High School Graduate Marcus Belcher is climbing the ladder of success in coaching college basketball.
Belcher has been an assistant coach with the Indiana State Sycamores over the past seven years.
He was promoted this past summer to the Associate Head Coach.
Coach Belcher says he still gets back to visit his family in Mexico when his schedule allows.
