A Columbia man is in police custody after being arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct at a park.
According to Columbia Police the incident happened at the Jay Dix Station Park on Scott Boulevard just after 4pm.
A woman reported 40 year old Julio Landero was acting suspiciously and began masturbating near the slide area of the park, and ran off after being confronted.
