A Thompson man is facing multiple charges after an arrest by the Audrain County Sheriff’s Office in connection with an incident where a gun was allegedly fired.
According to the department they responded to the 17000 block of Highway T in Audrain County on Tuesday where 58 year old Keith Allen Shaw physically assaulted a 30 year old woman and discharged a handgun towards her, and then later displayed a knife and threatened to stab a 30 year old male relative.
Yesterday (Wednesday) the Sheriff’s Deputies along with the East Central Drug Task Force and the Highway Patrol report finding meth, pharmaceuticals, marijuana, and 21 firearms after a search of the house.
Shaw was arrested and taken to the Audrain County Jail, bond has yet to be set.
