The Columbia Regional Airport will be work on a new terminal location starting in the spring of next year (2018).

The announcement was made this (Wednesday) morning by Columbia Mayor Brian Treece.

The airport is continuing to expand as it announced in November a new and improved runway, and also added United Airline flights from Columbia to Dallas which will start in February next year.
