A car chase through Audrain County leads to the arrest of a 36 year old Centralia woman.

Sgt Scott White says it all started when an officer stopped to check on what he thought was a stranded motorist at Route FF in Audrain County.

According to the highway patrol 36 year old Audrey Griffith was arrested and is being charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, assault, no valid drivers license, and failure to yield to emergency vehicles and dwi-drugs.
