JUDGE ORDERS HOWARD COUNTY SHERIFF AND SPECIAL PROSECUTOR TO HAND OVER DOCUMENTS IN SUICIDE

A judge is ordering documents related to Kenneth Suttener’s suicide to be handed over to the Glasgow School District.

The ruling was made yesterday (Wednesday) by Judge Scott Hayes.

Suttner died in December last year, and a coroner’s inquest ruled his suicide was caused by bullying.

They jury in the inquest found the Glasgow School District was negligent by failing to prevent bullying that Suttner was targeted by.

The district has filed a lawsuit against the coroner’s office findings and are seeking access to the documents from the inquest.
