An arson case in Columbia is declared a mistrial by a jury who could not reach a verdict yesterday (Thursday).

Jurors heard from nearly a dozen witnesses against 41 year old James Hall who is accused of being hired by Mehrdad Footoohighiam to burn down a trailer.

The jury heard closing arguments yesterday (Thursday) afternoon from both sides but were unable to reach a verdict.

The judge said a decision will be made in a few days on the next steps to be taken in the case.
