STURGEON MAN CHARGED IN FATAL CRASH
A Sturgeon man is being charged with DWI and Involuntary Manslaughter in connection with a fatal head on collision last year.
Court records indicate a warrant has been issued for twenty year old Isaiah Jayson Black for the December 4th wreck, on Route B close to Academy Road in Boone County.
According to the accident report Black crossed the center line and hit a car driven by 34 year old Thomas Willems of Centralia who was killed.
Black has a case review hearing set for April 3rd.
