HOLTS SUMMIT LOOKING AT PASSING NO SMOKING ORDINANCE
A smoking ban is being considered in Holts Summit.
The proposed smoking ordinance would put a ban on smoking in public places, however business owners would still have the choice to allow smoking in their establishments.
Smoking would also be banned at city parks unless it was in a designated area.
A final vote is expected on the ordinance is expected to take place at the next board meeting.
