FORGERY RELATED ARREST MADE IN FULTON

A man in Fulton is arrested for allegedly using documents that were fraudulent to avoid paying some towing fees over the weekend.

Fulton Police say Poor Boys Garage tow company went and picked up an impounded vehicle on Saturday, at the request of the Fulton Police Department and Samuel Weyland presented a fraudulent document showing the tow bill was paid.

Weyland was arrested at a local motel and the vehicle was seized following an investigation.

Weyland was taken to the Callaway County Jail on charges of forgery,and possession of narcotics and paraphernalia.
