An early morning response today [Friday] for the investigation of suspicious activity in the Hunter Lane apartment complex near Holts Summit led to the discovery of a stolen vehicle and drug paraphernalia.
Upon arrival, Callaway Deputies located 35 year old Gary Hickman of Centertown in a parked car.
The vehicle was determined to have been stolen from Jefferson City on March 24. It had been spray painted and damaged since being stolen. Hickman was also allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine related drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Callaway County Jail.
