A Fulton man and woman are facing charges of tampering with a motor vehicle after an arrest early this (Friday) morning by Fulton Police.
Officers say they observed a Toyota Black 4 Runner in the area of Tennyson Road just after midnight, and confirmed the license plates were not registered to the car.
The vehicle was found to have been reported stolen in Columbia in January of this year.
Those arrested are 28 year old Daniel Infield and 28 year old Barbara Adams.
