Hannibal Man Guilty Of Defrauding Customers

A Hannibal man has been ordered to pay more than 107 thousand dollars in restitution for defrauding people using his construction business.

Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley announced the judgement against Kasey Hudson and Chip Masters Construction.

Hundson was charged with 3 counts of violating the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act.

Hudson agreed to pave driveways, and when the job was complete he would demand thousands of dollars more than initially quoted, often using intimidation tactics to elicit the money.
