Three people are dead and two others are injured after a boating accident at the Lake of the Ozarks over the weekend.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol it happened around 1:45 Saturday morning at the 47 mile marker.
Troopers say a 21 year old woman and two men ages 23 and 24 died in the crash. Investigators say the boat struck a rock bluff ejecting the driver and three others into the water.
The driver 22 year old Hayden Frazier was taken into custody on suspicion of boating while intoxicated causing the death of another, serious physical injury and negligent operation of a vessel.
