A fifteen year old boy is recovering from non-life threatening injuries after being shot in Columbia early this (Thursday) morning.
According to Columbia Police it happened close to 2:30 in the 2300 block of Shamrock Drive.
The department says the boy was shot outside and officers found shell casings on Kelsey Drive.
Authorities continue to search the area however do not have any suspects at this time.
