A St. Charles man is in serious condition after being hit while laying in the roadway in Ralls County this morning. [Wednesday]
According to the crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 21 year old Jonathon Graner was laying in the road on Route P, four miles north of Vandalia, when he was hit by 45 year old Wendy Bishop of Center.
Graner was taken by ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital.
