President Trump Cancels Rally in Cape Girardeau

President Trump will not be appearing at a planned campaign rally in Missouri week.

The president has canceled his plans to appear in Cape Girardeau on Thursday, due to the potentially catastrophic Hurricane Florence expected to hit the east coast on Thursday night.

Trump was planning on urging supporters to defeat Democratic Senator Claire McCaskill at the campaign rally.

President Trump is backing her challenger in the race Republican, Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley.
