One Adult, One Juvenile Arrested For Car Break-In

Mexico Public Safety arrested 17 year old Joshua Kennemore and a 14 year old juvenile early this morning [Wednesday] after they were allegedly found to be in possession of items stolen from at least 5 different vehicles.

According to public Safety, an alert citizen alerted officers of 2 white males getting into parked vehicles in the south central part of town.

Responding officers located Kennemore and the juvenile with items taken from the cars.

So far no damage has been discovered.

The juvenile was released to a parent and Kennemore was taken to the Audrain County Jail on a Callaway County warrant for tampering with a motor vehicle.

Public Safety is attempting to locate and speak with victims of this incident to determine what charges will be filed.
