Jefferson City Boy With Minor Injuries After Bus Accident

A Jefferson City boy is recovering from minor injuries after the bus he was riding was hit from behind yesterday (Monday) afternoon.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol it happened around 4pm on westbound U.S. 50 close to Henwick Lane in Jefferson City.

The bus driver apparently attempted to cross the highway and an SUV hit it from behind.

The seven year old boy was treated at the scene.
