Columbia Homicide Victim on Rice Road Identified By Police

The identity of a homicide victim in Columbia is now being released.

Columbia Police say 59 year old Charles Hayes Jr. was shot and killed in the 4700 block of Rice Road just after midnight Saturday.

An investigation is continuing and police do not have any suspect information.
