Fire Destroys Apartment Building Near Camdenton

Minor injuries are being reported to a person in an apartment building fire north of Camdenton yesterday (Wednesday) morning.

Mid-County Fire Protection District went to the 5-81 complex around 9.

Heavy fire on the building’s first and second floors are being reported.

One of the occupants had minor injuries from a fall, and three pets died in the fire according to fire officials.

Five units and the building office are a complete loss, with smoke and water damage suffered in several other units.
