Jefferson City Police Increasing Patrol Officers For Halloween
Jefferson City Police are increasing its number of patrol officers for Halloween tonight (Wednesday).
Sgt. Doug Ruediger says the increase in officers is to ensure the safety of both children and adults.
Parents are being reminded to talk to their kids about not running out into roads and using caution when walking from one house to another.
Drivers are also being reminded to use extra caution and not to text and drive.
