Fulton Man Arrested on Rape, Assault, and Kidnapping Charges
A Fulton man is the Callaway County Jail after an arrest yesterday (Tuesday) for multiple charges including rape or attempted rape and kidnapping.
According to Fulton Police 36 year old John W. Murell Jr. was arrested yesterday (Tuesday) morning after an assault on various dates last month (October).
Police say Murell Jr. is facing several counts of assault, 1 count of Rape or Attempted Rape, and three counts of kidnapping.
