Governor Parson To Name Josh Hawley’s Replacement Soon
Missouri Governor Mike Parson will soon name a replacement for former Attorney General and newly elected United States Senator Josh Hawley.
Governor Parson said in a statement yesterday (Wednesday) “Missouri’s Attorney General will be someone who can continue Josh Hawley’s work.”
This is the second time that Governor Parson will appoint a statewide executive officer, after appointing Mike Kehoe to the Lt. Governor’s Role.
Hawley, will leave the office of Missouri Attorney General to succeed U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill whom he defeated in Tuesday’s election.
