Three Trials In Carl DeBrodie Case Delayed

Three trials in connection with the Carl Debrodie case are being pushed back.

DeBrodie is the developmentally disabled man who went missing from a group home in Fulton and was found encased in concrete in April of 2017.

According to Missouri Casenet, Anthony R. Flores who had a trial date of today (Wednesday) and Anthony R.K. Flores and Shanina Osborne’s trial set for Thursday this week have been returned to the trial setting docket.

The attorney for Osborne requested a continuance to do to additional preparation, Anthony R. K. Flores, appeared without counsel through video, and requested a delay for negotiation.

Anthony R. Flores attorney cited a federal investigation.

All three requests were sustained without objection.
