Trial Dates Set For Three Defendants in DeBrodie Case

Trial dates are now set for three defendants in the Carl DeBrodie case.

58 year old Anthony R. Flores is scheduled for a trail on March 27th.

He is charged with three felonies, including client neglect, involuntary manslaughter, and abandonment of a corpse.

32 year old Anthony R.K. Flores and 29 year old Shaina A. Osborne are due in court on February 28th and are charged with misdemeanors for making a false report of a missing person.

Debrodie’s body was found in a storage unit encased in concret in Fulton last year after he was reported missing from the Second Chance group home in Fulton.

Police believe he went missing months before it was reported.
