Preliminary Approval Given For Prescription Drug Monitoring Bill in Missouri House

A preliminary approval has now been given by the Missouri House of Representatives that would create a statewide prescription drug monitoring program.

The preliminary approval for the bill was given yesterday (Wednesday) and it is the 7th time Representative Holly Rehder a Republican from Sikeston has worked on the bill.

Missouri is the only state without a statewide prescription drug monitoring program.

The bill will need one more vote before going to the Senate.
