Columbia Police Association Endorsing Treece

The Columbia Police Officers Association are endorsing Columbia Mayor Brian Treece for re-election.

The announcement was made yesterday (Monday) during a press conference.

The associations president Alan Mitchell is saying members are seeing a positive change at the Columbia Police Department since Treece took over as mayor.

Mitchell went on to say the support for Treece is due to his transparency in local government, his investment in public safety and his overall leadership for the city.
