Two Sentenced in DeBrodie Case

Sentences are now handed down to two former employees of a supported living facility in Fulton involved with the disappearance of Carl DeBrodie.

According to court documents 32 year old Anthony R.K. Flores and 30 year old Shaina Osborne of Fulton, pleaded guilty yesterday (Monday) to making a false report of a missing person.

Flores was sentenced to 8 months in the Callaway County Jail and Osborne was sentenced to 30 days, but that sentence was reduced to 2 years of unsupervised probation under several stipulations, including she have no Facebook account or social media access.

Sherry Paulo the administrator of Second Chance Homes and Anthony R. Flores are in jail facing charges of involuntary manslaughter, abandonment of a corpse, and making a false report of a missing person.

The 31 year old Carl DeBrodie was developmentally disabled, and died as the result of alleged abuses, according to court records.

His body was found in April of 2017 at a Fulton storage facility stuffed into a garbage bin which was partially covered in concrete.
