Gasconade County Man Gets Twenty Five Years in Prison

A Gasconade County man is now sentenced to 25 years in prison for taking nude pictures of a 6 year old boy.

28 year old Michael Foster of Owensville was sentenced on Wednesday for taking the nude pictures of the boy and sharing them with an undercover police officer in Australia.

A search of Foster’s home was conducted in March last year.

According to court records, investigators found nude pictures of children on Foster’s computers, a thumb drive and cellphone.

He pleaded guilty in December to 2 counts of producing child pornography and one count of transporting child pornography.
