Child Abuse Arrest in Hannibal

A man in Hannibal is facing charges of child abuse after an arrest earlier this week.

Police say 22 year old Cody J. Adkerson was arrested on Tuesday.

He is accused of causing physical injuries to a 3 month old baby on multiple occasions while the baby was in his care.

He is charged with three counts of Abuse or Neglect of a Child.

He remains in the Marion County Jail on a one hundred thousand dollar cash only bond.
