Henry Sentenced In Audrain County Murder Trial
A twenty five year prison sentence is handed down to man in the case of a 2017 death in Audrain County.
According to court records 39 year old Richard Neal Henry was sentenced in an Audrain County Court today (Monday) for the death of Leon Wilder.
Henry plead guilty to the charges on April 22nd, (2019) and was sentenced today (Monday) by Judge Scott Hayes.
Co-defendants Arline Diedrich and Justin Traughber agreed to testify against Henry.
Traughber helped facilitate the drug transaction between Wilder and Henry and received a ten year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
Diedrich, Henry’s then-girlfriend, rode with Henry and Wilder in Henry’s truck and was there when Wilder died.
She then helped Henry abandon Wilder’s body, clean the truck and destroy evidence of the killing.
