Two Juveniles Charged Now Charged As Adults In Mexico Murder
Two juveniles accused of being involved in the murder of a Mexico will be in court this morning now charged as adults.
Demetric Dorsey and Trebion Dorsey, both 15 years old at the time of the murder of Tajuan Williams in Mexico on February 1st, are being charged with Second Degree Murder, First Degree Assault, Armed Criminal Action and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
Both suspects had initially been charged as juveniles, while the third person alleged to be involved, Dekhise Dorsey, was charged as an adult.
According to the probable cause statement, Williams was shot and killed as he was running away following a physical confrontation with the suspects.
Before his death, Williams told police “the Dorseys” had shot him.
Trebion Dorsey and Demetric Dorsey will appear in Audrain County Court this [Tuesday] morning at 10:00.
