Missouri Abortion Clinic Hearing Delayed

A hearing that will decide whether Missouri’s only abortion clinic should have its license renewed is being delayed.

An administrative hearing commissioner said yesterday (Tuesday) the hearing originally set for August 1st is tentatively rescheduled for the last week of October.

The state health department refused to renew the St. Louis Planned Parenthood Clinic’s license, with concerns over three failed abortions, that required additional surgeries.
