Man Charged In Connection To Maries County Restaurant Robbery
A man is now charged in connection to a violent robbery caught on camera at a Maries County restaurant that happened earlier this month.
Prosecutors charged 30 year old Benjamin Tolliver with First Degree Robbery, First Degree Armed Criminal Action, Stealing and First Degree Assault.
The robbery took place on July 7th at the Vichy Wye Resaturant.
The Maries County Sheriff’s Office released security footage earlier this month in hopes of finding the suspects.
During the robbery one of the suspects fired a round and a victim’s leg was hit by a bullet fragment.
A warrant has been issued for Tolliver.
