Man Shot In Columbia Parking Lot

An argument at a Columbia shopping center parking lot yesterday (Monday) has left a man with non- life threatening injuries after being shot.

Police say the incident happened around 3:40 yesterday (Monday) afternoon at the Stadium Shoppes on Stadium Boulevard and West Worley Street.

Detectives say the victim was selling a marijuana cartridge for a vape pen and the buyer shot him in the leg during an argument.

Police say the victim would not share information and signed a document stating he would decline any prosecution.
